Well, I’ve been helping my Senior Mom’s over the year’s prep for this BIG EVENT. Now I have an EPIC checklist for you!

The SMP party planner puts everything into a neat + orderly checklist for you.  I like FUN + our house survives on checklists 😁

It’s the final high school memory for your senior, so why not make it a EPIC one!?

If you’re on my Sparkle Note e-mail list you received this in your January mailing. Or if you’re a junior Mama, get on that list now so you don’t miss the full checklist when you’re scrambling with all the graduation LASTS that you want to get done.

You are in the last few weeks of senior year and putting the finishing touches on graduation.

The cap & gown have arrived {remember to press the gown + sash}. You’ve ordered the graduation cards. And you’ve made the 2-page “honey-do” list for your hubby to get done before the party…Right?

What else?

I pulled some ideas from the Party Checklist to give you a teeny-tiny peek of the “Graduation Party Planning Process”::

3-4 Weeks From Party::

  • Mail graduation announcements
  • Order the cake/cupcakes {6 weeks is even better}
  • Going to have a photo booth? Make a space that’s either inside or in garage
  • Create or buy a gift box for cards. My Pinterest Board has cute ideas if you’re crafty
  • Buy your party outfit {for you + your Grad}

1-2 Weeks From Party::

  • Order flowers
  • Make sure your camera battery is charged and SD cards are ready {if you’re taking photos yourself}
  • Shop for last minute supplies {beverages, large trash bins, trash bags, games…}
  • If you’re not having it catered, do you have all the kitchen supplies {crock pots, coolers, bottle openers, utensils…}
  • Confirm the delivery times of rental equipment
  • Confirm the time frame with your photographer
  • Wrap gifts for Grad + their friends
  • Mention your expectations to your Grad for greeting guests

These are just a few of the last minute points to think about. In my Graduation Party Planner I start 6-months back to help you avoid the panic of forgetting something.

Senior Mom’s, if you know a junior Mama who would be thrilled to get ahead of the rush,

BE THEIR HERO and send this post to them {they’ll thank you next May}.

If you’re not in the know, sign up today for my SMP SPARKLE NOTE so you don’t miss all the shiny stuff for senior year!

Throw that cap in the air and get ready to CELEBRATE!
